A good one—and very apt too. I recollect two related quotes here:

1. If you do today's business with yesterday's methods, you won't be in business tomorrow.

2. Change is the only constant—and you won't survive tomorrow until you learn to handle it.

Can anyone share views and ideas about the "earn and learn" project implemented in organizations where we have a tie-up with colleges and universities so that the organization can contribute to the employees' fees? This is a rough idea. I would be thankful if anyone can share a project or idea about it.
