I am working with a construction group (Builder) where I need to handle all the team. My recent task is to coordinate our Sales person with new ideas to enhance the sales part.
My query is "How an HR person can help the sales enhancement"
Kindly guide me with certain ideas to enhance Real Estate Marketing ASAP.

introduce KPIs for sales.
and monitor their work on day to day basis.
you can organise trainings for the sales staff eg on environmental issues like lighting audits/ waste water treatment systems/ VOC in paints etc.. this will help in educating the customer indirectly.

if you see the water bills in delhi, they contain 50% waste water treatment charges..
a week long course on waste water treatment at CSE, tughlakabad used to cost 3.5k couple of years back..
they have another week long course on rain water harvesting...
next lighting energy can be done from TERI...
for sustainable buildings, TERI is a good focal point...
