I am working as an HR executive and I want to keep a record of leaves manually as I don't have any software for that, can anyone help me in making a clear format for leave records

every 20 days of working invites 1 EL. So in a year considering 240 working days it is ideally 12 days of EL is accrued by an employee in a year to be availed in succeeding year.
