User-friendly format of MoM for review meetings in the Construction industry?

I\'m to cite HR. I recently joined with Prestige group of construction as a coordination Engineer. I'm asked to prepare Mom every Thursday. The format should be crystal clear to everybody. I would like to get a user-friendly format of MoM for review meetings in the Construction industry?
