I am new to labour industry. In my company there are many contractors which provides contract labour. I am working here as a Welfare officer, I have following queries regarding the Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act 1970
1) What all documents need to verify to make sure that the payments are made to the the Contract labour as per the Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act 1970 as well as Minimum Wage Act.
2) If the payment is made to the contract labour through Cheque, Can I ask for the Account statement from the contractor before issuing the labour certificate to the contractor to make sure that right payment is made to the Contract labour.
3) What all the regulations and the forms do I need to maintain in order to work on accordance to the Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act 1970
