I have recently joined a logistics company where I am planning to implement a grading system, which will later be linked with all other HR policies such as reimbursements and more. I would appreciate it if anyone could help me in framing the system. I have drafted one, but the management wants to add more layers, especially below the state head, like state-level coordinators, etc. Please provide your valuable suggestions to enhance the framework.
