Dear All,
I need guidance. Here my narration of the query.
I am a part of Employee Engagement model whose one of the wings is \"communication\". We do not mean corporate communication by that as that is a larger concept. What we are referring to will encompass - one-o-one meetings, skip levels,Town halls, e Magazine and open house.
Now my queries are-
1) As it cannot be called as Corporate communication, what is the right term to be used?
2) As a part of Employee Engagement, what else can be covered with respect to communication.

Corporate Communication is a broader term. Except one-to-one meeting, if there is any employee engagement program where there are more than one people and if its a team of any size then it is part of internal communications which will come under corporate communications. You can give it any fancy name you like but thats the essence...

e. Crisis communications

2. Internal communication/employee communication
a. internal magazine
b. annual day
c. events for employees -- segment wise, center wise, team wise
