Bour Welfare Fund Increased W.e.f 01.04.2012 - PDF Download

Dear Concern,
The Legislature of State of Haryana has issued a Haryana Govt. Gazette (Extra) notification on April, 2012 through which the Section – 9(A) of Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965 has been amended and according to the amendment the Welfare Contribution share of employee is Rs. 10/- and share of employer Rs. 20/- will be paid to the Labour Welfare Board. Notification Attached herewith.
Therefore, you are requested to kindly contribute the Labour Welfare Fund Contribution as per amendment, effective from April, 2012.

Is every employee/employer is liable for payment of LWF or for certain Salary range it is applicable?
