All hospitals in Tamil Nadu are brought under the ESI Act with effect from the 2nd of May, 2012. Notification attached.

Extension of ESI Act to Private Medical Institutions in Tamil Nadu

The notification regarding the extension of the ESI Act to private medical institutions in Tamil Nadu was issued on 02.05.2012. Scan centers have been covered under the ESI Act since 2003. Can anyone share the notification copy?
