One of my friends is working for a good company. It has only been 3 months since he joined that company, but now he is not interested in the job profile and is planning to join a new company. Since he is in the probation period, what will be the notice period? In his offer letter, it has been mentioned that services can be terminated on either side without any notice. However, he is worried about whether the management will accept his decision or ask him to serve a notice period. How valid is this concern? Can they reject his relieving letter, or what can he do if they don't accept his resignation?
