Dear Sir,
Please clarify if a company comes under central rule after ammendment then what are the act comes under central and stat.
we are facing problems our cliens also not able to answer the exact authority

Your exact authority is now Central Govt, or appropriate authority, who have full control over the affairs of the establishment is Central Govmnt.
Now coming to acts , except few acts , all other labour acts will be same as earlier..becoz authority have nothing to do with act...

Workmen compensation act, Minimum wages act aand some other act
our problem is we are under central & we have to follow cetral or state whichever is more. accordingly minimum wages rate of jharkhand state is less than the central rate but still we are following central rate as per aour clint our client

if you are under central govmnt, then central govmnt is the appropriate authority, not state, state will be the appropriate authority when state is the principle employer, which in your case is central, as u said.

In case of workmen compensation wether distric labour commisioner (state) or assistant labour commisinner (central) plz tell me which authority will deal this . As per act we are under central authority

It would be the assisstant Labr commissioner, as he is empowered to enact the law , by Central Govmnt.
And not the District Labr Commsnr.

I m Not checking u. But as in practicle it would be the state government because as you early say that some act are under state government so workmen compensation are under state government and i am regularly finding notification or any other legal prove for dispute relating to distribution of authority

Hi,
Please frame your specific question with regard to application of Labour Laws, having relevance to your organisation, while doing so please specify whether you are an undertaking of the State/Central Govt. or a private concern. As a matter of fact labour is the state subject.
