Seeking Advice on Effective Feedback Forms for New Employees After 3 Months

Hi all,

I am planning to give a feedback form to a new joiner once he/she completes 3 months in the organization. The form will include questions related to their expectations and the facilities provided by the organization in terms of everything like infrastructure, environment, organizational culture, communication, etc.

By the end of this exercise, I should be able to understand the gaps that help to improve the organization and also aid in retaining the employees. If any organization is already conducting this exercise, please guide me with your inputs and formats.

Hi,

The idea is really great. I would have helped you if I was using it in my company. Well, don't you think that it's of no use when you know that they are going to give wrong replies? For example: "Do you enjoy working here?" or "Are you satisfied with your trainer?" There may be very few who give actual answers. The best way is to interact with them on a regular basis and find out the inside story. This is my perception.
