Can any body help me out with balance scorecard being used in their organization

Balanced Score card is an approach to strategic Management designed by Robert Kaplan and David Norton.
It could be applid to your organization as well.
As Aniruddhaa said, you've to give the deilas so as to develop a balanced scorecard.
