I need to design the format of salary slip for recruiter in HR consultancy.

For Fresher & recruiter no need to bother. Coz it will not be a taxable salary. Do you have any ESI & PF?
For asst manager you shall consider Basic as 20k, HRA as 5K, 800/- as Conveyance & 1250 as Medical allowance remaining as Spl Allowance

Can you please tell me whether ESI & PF i s covered? I do need to know abt Professional tax. Only based on that it shall be designed
