We, M/s ABC (SMC-Pvt) Ltd are pleased to inform you that effective 09 July, 2007 your services have been confirmed as Software Engineer in our Company.
Now during the period of permanent employment your employment may be terminated at any time by either party by giving a one month prior notice in writing without assigning any reason or on payment/surrender of 30 days gross pay in lieu of the notice period.
In Addition to the above we are pleased to inform you that your salary has been increased to PKR 20,000/- per month w.e.f. July 01, 2007
