Thanks for your reply, the company is into online travel, online media sales and design, similar to expedia.
We basically have, tech team, online content writers, sales & marketing team and customer relationship executives.

Reward :
A reward is something you get in return for doing a good thing, it is mostly used when the person knows that they are going to get something.
It is something given in exchange for good behavior or good work.
Award :
An award commemorates a persons achievement.
Award is given mostly after a competition of particiapting agents
