Struggling with My HR Project Report: How Do I Define Objectives and Scope?

Hi all, I am currently doing my summer project on employee database management, and it's an HR project. I need to prepare the project report, but I don't know how to write the objectives, scope, need, and limitations for it. Can someone please help? 

Thank you, sir. I've already checked it, but the objectives, needs, etc., for employee database management are becoming too technical in those reports which I found, and it doesn't seem to be an HR project. So, it's a little confusing for me. 

Depending on where you will do your project, consult the mentor at work to determine what they would like to achieve from your project. This will help establish the aim and objectives.
