Hi Komal,
Work life balance is getting more importance in these days as employers are concentrating more to provide conducive environment to employees. Work life balance is about balancing professional, personal and social life and the main mode of it is flexible timing, flexi week etc.
I think you better refer a book on HRM that would contain more details about it.
