How to Draft an Agreement with a Hazardous Waste Disposal Agency and Ensure Proper Certifications?

Can anyone help in drafting an agreement between a manufacturing unit and an agency in the business of disposal of hazardous waste? Also, what certifications from the agency need to be obtained by the manufacturing unit?

Usually, these facilities are called Common Hazardous Waste Treatment Storage Disposal Facility (CHWTSDF). These facilities need to have State Pollution Control Board consent and CPCB approval. Usually, these facilities have their own agreement format which is to be signed by manufacturers while entering into an agreement with them. Once the agreement is done, these facilities shall issue a Certificate of Membership to all their member industries.
