New HR Trainee Struggling with Salary Slip Preparation: Need Help with Allowances

Recently, I have joined a firm as an HR executive trainee, and I am facing difficulties in preparing salary slips for employees. Can anybody guide me on how to prepare a salary slip for an employee? I am familiar with PF, PT, Basic, DA, and ESIC. However, I lack knowledge about HRA percentage, Special Allowance, Children's Education Allowance, Medical Allowance, and Conveyance Allowance. Your guidance on these matters would be greatly appreciated.
