Employer Pf Contribution - Salary Slip

Dear Sir,
I am working in a Pvt ltd co. since from Aug 2011, but i din't get the Pf no. and company is not giving monthly salary slip also. whenever I ask the Pf no & sal slip they will say some reason & prolonging, is there any reason behind this.
If they are Diducting both (Employee & Employer) what is the proof I can ask.
pls help me....

How many of you are working ?
Is payslip not been given to any of the employees ?
How is your salary paid ? without any caluculations .

PF No. is given by employer first thing and at the time of submitting of pf monthly return your form 2 is also submitted in the pf office. You can asked the receving of form 2.
and second thing is your company has submitted his pf yearly return than you can asked the 3A form of yours,

they started 5 years back & 65 employees we are wroking & they have not given pay slip to any of the employee. our HR he is calculating the salary for each employee.
By the time of jonining they have given CTC package as below.

and one more thing i like clarify why they have they 6500 for PF decution. also is there any fake information in the given package.

You have to asked these document from your company not from the local pf office.

Your salary structure itself shows PF amount. There's nothing wrong with the package. Just ask your HR people to give your PF no. & then you can check PF balance online.
