I have been asked to do my daily report on every task performed, so I will need a sample of how I can present this report daily. I am an HR Line Support officer. Management wants to know what we do per day for the 8 hours that we are at work, so each and every one has to write a report on the tasks performed per day.

• **Joining Formalities** - Detail the joining forms you have completed for new employees.

• **Exit Formalities** - Document the reasons and details of employee exits, such as absconding, termination, or resignation.

• **Recruitment Tracker** - Record the recruitment activities you have conducted, including the number of candidates met and their current status.

• **Current Requirements** - Provide a list of current vacancies that need to be filled.
