Struggling to Withdraw PF After Resignation: Are Form 10C and 19 What I Need?

I want to close the PF in my previous company and withdraw the money. It's been three months since I resigned. I tried to download Form 10C and 19 but was unable to do so. Can you please confirm if these are the forms required to close my PF and withdraw the funds? If yes, kindly send these forms to my email address.

You can download the forms from the site www.epfindia.org or give me your mail ID, and I'll send you both forms.

Find enclosed the PF withdrawal Form 10C and Form 19.

Dear friend,

10c and 19 have already been changed. You can collect T1, T2, and NSSN forms from the PF office to withdraw money from your PF account. To transfer your PF account from your previous company to your present account, you can use form no. T4.
