Navigating Professional Tax Registration in Andhra Pradesh: When and How for Contractors?

I'm from Andhra Pradesh and would like to know how to register for Professional Tax (PT) and when to do so. We come under the Contract Labour Act (i.e., we are civil and mechanical contractors) and have not yet registered under PT. Therefore, we are not deducting the PT amount from our employees' salaries. Please let me know your ideas and experiences about this.

Are the Certificate of Registration and Certificate of Enrollment necessary in Andhra Pradesh? Is it the same as in Karnataka?
