Withhold Salary In Case Of Producing Fake Documents And Getting JOb

Dear All
please let me know whether company can withhold employee salary if it is prove that employee has received job by producing fake documents and false statement.

there are 2 different matters:
producing false certs and
withholding salary ?
follow the procedure

producing false salary certificate, joining date certificate, appointment letter of previous employer, and same has been proved. joining with us just before two months, kindly advice
we have a mail from his previous employer disclosing all his facts.
