Hi all, we have taken a contract from the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board - Call Centre - for which we deputed our staff whose total salary is Rs. 5000. In such a case, what is the minimum wage, and on which amount should PF & ESI be computed? Urgent, please.

The attached link doesn't provide details of MINIMUM WAGES for different categories/grades in scheduled employment, i.e., SHOPS & COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS.

Are the rates given correct? The D.A for General & Fabrication is just 45, which is lower than 2011-12.
