Ms. Chandini Kamal, Country Head – Employee Engagement at HCL Technologies, will facilitate our session by sharing her perspectives on Employee Engagement. Chandini is a science graduate with postgraduate degrees in Computer Science (MCA) and HR (MBA). She has over 11 years of experience in HR, spanning IT, Manufacturing, and ITES sectors with employers like RR Donnelley and Motorola. Her specializations include Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Communication, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations. Over the years, she has set up an Onboarding Cell, Employee Engagement Team, Shared Services, and implemented PeopleSoft for the APAC region, apart from playing a key role during mergers. She currently leads the global Employee Engagement and onboarding initiatives at HCL Technologies.
