I need the list of labour laws applicable to an establishment ie a distributor of IT products in Mumbai, it also has branches in other states.
The list that I have is:-
Bombay Shops and Establishments Act, 1948
Workmens Compensation Act, 1923
Payment of Wages Act, 1948
Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946
Maternity Benefit Act, 1961
EPF&MP Act, 1952
ESI Act, 1948
Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972
Sales Promotion Employees Conditions 1976
Payment of Bonus Act, 1965
Please tell me if any additions or deletions are needed.

1.Contract labour regulation and abolition act 1970
2. Minimum wages act 1948
3. Industrial disputes act
4. Maharashtra recognition of trade unions and prevention of unfair labour practices act 1971
5.Payment of Bonus act
6.Maharashtra Labour welfare fund act
7. Maharashtra private security guards act
8. Maharashtra mathadi, hamal and other manual workers act
9. Equal remuneration act
10. Industrial employment (standing orders) act
You need to be aware about these statutes operating in maharashtra

The company has its headquarters in Mumbai, but other branches exist in other states also, so the laws pertaining to those states will aply in the respective branches or will they remain the same as the head office's. And is 'Maharashtra mathadi, hamal and other manual workers act' applicable to establishments also or only to factories?
