Confused About Statutory Returns for Labour Law? Need Help with Submission in Mahipalpur

Dear Seniors, I don't have any idea regarding Statutory Returns of Labour Law. I need your help in the following cases:

1. Annual Return statutory form under the Bonus Act and Payment of Wages Act, and to whom I have to submit these returns in Mahipalpur.
