Seeking Advice: Should I Pursue SAP HR Module or a Ph.D. in HR for Career Growth?

Hi, I am working as an HR Executive and Corporate Affairs in an IT company. I finished my MBA in August 2006. I have a total of 8.5 months of experience in HR. I want to study further, but only through distance learning. Could you kindly suggest the options for pursuing either the SAP HR Module or a Ph.D. in HR? Additionally, please send me a list of institutions where I can pursue these options.

Doing a Ph.D. in HR is a good way to increase your domain knowledge. However, it would be even better if you further pursue some expertise courses. For example, training expertise, payroll, or definitely SAP HR Module would be beneficial for the future development of your career.
