Struggling with EPF E-Filing Since March 2012? Seeking Guidance on Navigating the Changes

I am working in an industry in Coimbatore. Until February 2012, all were remitting EPF contributions in the bank by challans in quadruplicate along with the challan. However, from March 2012, the EPFO made it compulsory for e-filing of EPF remittance and returns. Despite this change, there has been no proper guidance provided by the EPFO officials, such as regarding CSV files, etc. Experts, your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
