Dear all,
Pls comment on below mentioned querry
An additional periode of absence is permitted up to one month for illness arising out of pregnancy. such absence is full paidup or without paidup.

It is paid leave only. The thing is that the leave is given for sickness arising out of or related to childbirth and is given only if supported by certificate to this effect from Medical practitioner.
