Can Employee Reject His Salary Increment Provided?

Dear All,
Can anybody please help me in preparing a refusal letter to the employer for annual increment. I have already resigned from the company but management had a discussion with me & they also assured me that they will promote me next year. I do not want to accept the proposal.
Please help me in preparing a letter for the same.

Hello Ritus123,
When you have already resigned, you don't need to give anything in-writing to the Counter-Offer made by your company.
The very fact that your are NOT withdrawing your Resignation means you are not accepting the counter-offer.
