Can I Rejoin Previous Employer.

Hi,
I need suggestion. Can I rejoin previous employer with the gap of 4 months.
I worked with previous employer more than 5 years in Mumbai. I left that company for better compensation and changed location to Chennai particularly for company because it's an MNC. But in new Company I am not satisfied with the work they have assigned and I think there is no career growth. So, Please suggest, is it right decision to go back to previous employer and they are ready to hire me.

Mr Rajesh, do you really think that they gonna hire you again?

You said that you have resigned from earlier job bcz you were offering higher compensation from another job but now you wanna go back to them bcz you not satisfied with the work with present job. There you really need to be worried about your career and need to work on your CAREER PLANNING bcz the strategy you have is not good i wud say.

Also, you were not satisfied with the work there or were not able to handle the work pressure which made you feel that you were happy with the past employer and you wanna go back to them. And do you really think they will offer you the same Salary that you are getting with your present job. I beg you pardon but i said that above because your query containing many questions.

Anyway, if you have a good experience with them and they are ready to hire you again, you can go back to them but i need to be focused for your future and do not add multiple and short experience in your career line which is not good for your career.

Mr Rajesh, could you please update us with your decision and actions that you have taken. Whether you have joined them back or not and what is your future planning. Im sorry if anyhow I have made you feel or anything … This is just a genuine concern bcz I have seen many people with the situation where they never found a right path to move on or are stumbling on it
