Sap-hr-beginners

Hi Everyone,
I am working with MNC in Navi Mumbai on SAP end user since last 1.6 yrs. I am about to start my SAP training & certification in coming month. I am going for HR module. Would like to know being experienced what are the most important parts in module that I should specially go deep into. One the most important what I got to know is Time Management & Benefits which is most complex part of this module to handle and to implement. Please help me with more information and keep this forum active discussion launch pad for SAP aspirants.

I have a 3 yrs of experience in HR Recruiting in US as well as in India, one of my friend suggesting me to take a training in SAP HR.
