MBA Marketing Project

Hi to all,
I am a final year MBA student.As part of our curricculum the summer project has started and i feel difficulty in framing a questionnaire. My topic is \"\"customer attrition towards cellular services and i need help from all. Please feel free to help me in this regard.

Have you studied Research Methodology as a topic? if not, please see my post on that. The better way to seek help is to design a questionnaire clearly stating what are the aim and objectives of your survey, how many responses do you expect and what hypotheses you want to prove, etc.
