Hi Forum,
Need a help, i am making a project on psychological testing and how HR companies use it in practice, can somebody please share there company details on how they use and derive results in practice. Also share some sample questionnaire with me and any past reports or ppts on the topic.

psychological test are of two types 1. Inventory based and 2 Projective Based
depending on what kind of assessment you want to do this test are use
few of the psychological test are
1. MBTI
2. RSI
3.PSI
4. INK BLOT TEST

Psychological test validation is different as per the asnswer of the Candidate
here in atttached format you will find some question relating to psychological test called FIRO-B its a standardise tool where you can find validity of testing

Ca i have a ppt or article about Social system and Organizational behavior ? this i think can be found in the book of John W. Newtrom 11th edition. Unfortunately itis not available in my country. I tried searching it her in the net but cannot download.
