i have worked with many companies. my pf from last two companies is not yet transfered to my third company where i am working at present.
what is procedure if I want to withdraw my all pf as i may leave present company to start my own business. how will i get family pension?

so it means you already have requested and complete the formalities for transfer your EPF with your 3rd employer. If yes ask them to get you the status whether it has been processed or not.
And if it is still pending then you need to claim your EPF amount separately by completing all formalities with your old employer EPF numbers but it is really important to get the status of transfer of EPF to third Employer first bcz if it found transferred, you just need to claim your EPF amount with your present employer EPF number.

*Should follow the steps
1. Know your PF no. of previous organization ,i.e as well as current organization
2. Know the address of PF office (Regional or Sub regional)
3. Filled up the PF Transfer form 13R(Revised) and hand over to the HR Dept. of your current organization.
Before follow the above instruction it would always be better to contact the HR Dept. of your previous organization.
*If you do not want to transfer your PF account you must withdraw your pf amount by filled up 19 and 10C form along with 3 A Revised details of previous employer,late application letter(If asked),bank pass book copy, 2 copy revenue stamps etc.
*After attaining the the age of 58 years or retirement age (Though vary Company to Company) and continuing your services minimum of 10 year (Must have PF account) you will be eligible for family pension.To get such facilities you should have filled up form 10D along with required documents.
