Employee Health Check Up

Hi All
We are a semiconductor company based in Bangalore. Can anyone provide me some information on employee health check ups? If I can know which are the companies having this benefit/or is this a common benefit provided by most of the companies and SOP. Thanks for your response and help.

Health check ups are now days compulsory for all the employees......They are conducted at the cost of companies and importantly to know the health conditions of and drug consumption by employees, you may consider one of the social security measures at the work place.....
