ESIC has issued a circular stating, "It is clarified that under no circumstances should employers be asked to submit hard copies of RCs for CPE March 2012."

There is no need to submit ESIC returns at the branch office. However, officially, they have not received any notification, so they do not restrict anyone from submitting the half-yearly return. They have also mentioned that their dispensary is not updated or available online.
