I am hoping to get material on assessing/evaluating the current performance evaluation system in place in our company—its effectiveness and whether it matches our current situation. Do you have a questionnaire that managers and staff can answer?

Company Evaluation Process
By the way, our company is a research firm composed of analysts who feel that our current evaluation process is subjective and tends to focus more on the recent accomplishments of the individual. The managers who evaluate the analysts do not undergo evaluation, so the latter are proposing a 360-degree evaluation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are your gauge to measure the performance of an employee to determine if they have accomplished the objectives of the department. Performance appraisals, on the other hand, are tools used to evaluate an employee's performance.
