HR monthly reports should reflect the work done in HR Department and also the data that can be used for Management decisions.
- Employee Headcount Rpt
- Compensation& benefits report
- Job Vacancy report and status
- Resignation/Termination details(Attrition rate)
- New joiner Details
- Employees on Leave
-Sick leave details
-Absenteeism Details
- Visa/Labour card expiry details rpt
