Can We Add ESI Numbers to Our Muster Roll for Better Tracking? Seeking Advice

Please clarify my doubt regarding the "FORM OF REGISTER OF WAGES - CUM - MUSTER ROLL." We plan to add the ESI number along with the name of the workmen to keep track of them. Is there any problem in maintaining the muster roll in such a way?

There is no issue in putting the ESI number along with the name in the "FORM OF REGISTER OF WAGES - CUM - MUSTER ROLL".

You can mention the ESI No., Father's name, date of joining, rate of wages per month or per day, etc. The format prescribed is general. You can add more columns as per your company's necessity. There is no hard and fast rule. Please follow.
