Dear Mr. Ali Hood,
There are quite a big numbers of HSE Disciplinary codes.
In India we have Factories Act 1948 should be available on welcome-Directorate General, Factory Advise Service & Labour Institutes ( DGFASLI) link
The Factories Act gives guidelines on Health and Safety matters.
There are Acts and rules on Environment.
You cab search Air Pollution Act, Water Pollution Act, Hazardous Wasyes Management and Handling Act, Ozone Depletion Rules, and many more.
If you can let us know the processes in your plant the forum members would be able to correctly guide you.
However you may serch for MoEF site. ( Ministry of Environment and Forests India)
