Need a Non-Disclosure Agreement Format for Project Trainees—Can You Help?

Dear All,

There are some project trainees to whom we will be providing project guidance; however, we have to make them sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, which mentions that they are not supposed to disclose any type of information to outsiders.
