We plan to conduct few activities in the organisation to promote L&D and bring in awareness. We would like all employees to participate in these activities. Can you'll suggest some activities to conduct...?

Have a induction kind of activity planned and call each department people in a forum in presence of their HOD and explain the purpose of having L&D process implemented in your org; and their by how it will add on to the productivity and growth of the company and the employee development
