New to Compensation and Benefits: How Do I Calculate Monthly TDS and Income Tax for 2012-2013?

I am new to Compensation and Benefits. I have been given a task to calculate and finalize the per month TDS and income tax sheet. I don't know how to calculate it or what formulas to use. Can somebody share this sheet with me, where some formulas are there as per the current income tax slab - 2012-2013? I will try to learn it and have some explanation on the calculation.

I have calculated the income tax, but I am not sure if it is correct. Can anyone tell me if it is correct, especially the formula for tax calculation?
