Transitioning from BPO to Consultancy or Analytics: How Can I Make It Happen?

Hi, I am Mohan, a resident of Bangalore. I am certified as a Six Sigma Greenbelt and currently working as a Quality Analyst in a BPO in Bangalore. I have five years of experience in the BPO industry and am looking to transition smoothly into a different field. Can someone please suggest some measures or steps to help me with this transition?

My advice is to seek a position in a core software development organization as a Training Development Manager/Executive, depending upon your profile. There, you will get a chance to grow in an unmatched way. Initially, you can try organizations that are in the same vertical as your process industry experience. I'm sure you will have smooth and fast work satisfaction with astounding perks. 😊
