Is It Mandatory to Submit Form 3A and 6A Online This Year, or Can We Stick to Hard Copies?

Hello seniors, we all need to submit Form 3A and 6A before 30th April '12. Is it necessary to do this through the eSewa portal or any online portal? For the FY 11-12, we submitted hard copies. Can we do the same this year as well?

I successfully uploaded last month's ECR through eSewa. However, all the previous monthly PFs from Apr '11 to Feb '11 have not been submitted online. Should I upload them? Kindly advise me on how to proceed with the 3A and 6A submission.

ECR Uploading and Contribution Submission

ECR uploading is starting from April 12, so you do not need to submit annual contributions in the form of hard copies such as 3-A or 6-A. Contributions before April 12 do not need to be uploaded through the ECR Portal.

For the year 2011-2012, since you have already submitted your contributions, there is no need to take any action except to provide a soft copy on a CD of 3-A in the form of a .txt file as per the format provided by EPFO.
