On Sunday, 22.04.12, there was a major explosion at the Mitsui Chemicals Plant in Japan. You may search for details of the accident. The cause is not yet known. I also read this news yesterday. I did not upload the same as nowhere was the root cause and recommendations mentioned. Are these Webstac magazines you are receiving on a chargeable basis?

Thank you for the information. It is very sad to have such explosions across the globe, despite having established safety systems. There has to be some violation, probably in procedures (shortcuts), corresponding to human error. Deaths and the simultaneous loss of several dollars cannot be acceptable or justified. For such organizations, operational disciplines have to be followed regularly. Plant management has to ensure that operational discipline is in place within the organization, inclusive of the leaders of the organization.

I hope there is no significant or uncontrolled damage to the site or the surrounding community.
